1. Eligibility The prize draw is open to residents of European countries aged 18 years or over, except employees of Anna & Hubert Labs AB and their close relatives. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
The winner of the trip to Stockholm and their guest is responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, travel permits, or documentation required for travel. Anna & Hubert Labs AB is not liable for any costs or issues related to travel documentation. 2. How to Enter To enter the prize draw, participants must scan the QR code provided and submit their email address via the landing page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 3. Prizes First Prize: A trip to Stockholm for two, including two nights of hotel accommodation. Anna & Hubert Labs AB reserves the right to choose accommodation. Second Prize: A free 12-month license of Hubert, subject to the following conditions (1-6): 1. Access Limitations: The license may not include all functionalities, such as SMS invitations or other premium features, which will be determined at the sole discretion of Anna & Hubert Labs AB. 2. Integration Requirement: The winner must be using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that has a pre-established and fully supported integration with Hubert.
3. ICP Criteria: The winner must meet Anna & Hubert Labs AB's Ideal Customer Profile criteria, which typically include factors such as company size, industry, hiring volume, and technology infrastructure. If the winner does not meet these criteria, Anna & Hubert Labs AB reserves the right to offer the prize to someone else.
4. No Commitment: The 12-month license is provided without any ongoing obligation, subscription, or financial commitment from the winner. After the 12-month period, the license will terminate unless the winner chooses to subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Non-transferable: The license is for the winner’s use only and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other product/service.
6. Usage Terms: The use of the free license is subject to Hubert's standard Terms of Service and any acceptable use policies. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of the free license. Third Prize: A bottle of champagne. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 4. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be chosen at random. The draw will take place in September and October 2024, and winners will be notified by email before the 31st of January 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
If you entered the competition through the QR code at the pitch competition at the Innovation Showcase stage, you are eligible for a free trial of subject to qualification criteria and limited to 30 days, 2 roles and 2,000 interviews. You still have a chance of winning the main competition. 5. Data Protection and Publicity By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data (email address) for the purpose of administering this competition and any marketing communications related to Anna & Hubert Labs AB. Winners may be requested to participate in publicity, including the announcement of their name, without any further compensation. 6. Liability Anna & Hubert Labs AB will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 7. General The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in case of unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Governing Law The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
