Teleperformance, a global leader in customer service solutions with 500,000 employees worldwide, recruits thousands of new employees each year. In the Nordic region alone, they hire 40 to 60 employees per month, making recruitment a high-volume, high-stakes process.

However, traditional methods of reviewing resumes and conducting screening interviews were time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inconsistent in ensuring fairness. The need for a solution that could handle high volumes efficiently and without bias was paramount.
