How fast can we be up and running with Hubert?
Getting started with Hubert is easy. The first step is to develop interview templates for your specific areas. You'll send over job ads or competency profiles and we'll suggest a tailored template for you. Once we have a go on the templates, we'll make the integration to your ATS and then set a date for onboarding. During the onboarding, we'll show you how to get the best performance of of Hubert, set up the trigger, and adjust communication towards the candidate. All in all this can be achieved in less than a week and it will require 1-3 hours from your side.
How are the responses scored?
1. Qualifying questions are set to knock out candidates that don't meet the formal requirements for the position. These candidates will be informed directly in the interview that they won't be considered.
2. Competency- or experience-based questions assess relevant experiences for the role or when the candidate gets to tell about previous situations that show the candidate's skills and behaviors. The candidate's response is assessed on a scale of 0-100. Depending on the questions there are multiple models being combined to form a score. For competency based questions, the STAR-framework is used through applying different models on the response.
3. Meritorious questions are given a fixed amount of bonus points. For example, if a candidates holds a specific drivers license, he/she would receive eg. 3 bonus points
4. Informational questions are question that are not automatically evaluated by Hubert but serves the purpose of collecting relevant data for recruiters to review.

I don't have an ATS. Can I still use Hubert?

Do you screen CVs?
No, we don't screen CVs. Hubert takes a unique and modern approach to hiring. During a Hubert interview, you get all the information typically found in a CV, but only the information recruiters want. Our platform prioritizes presenting information in the most ethical, structured, and unbiased manner possible, which is often not the case with conventional screening methods. In fact, many of our customers have chosen to replace the traditional CV and initial phone screening interviews with Hubert. By doing so, they have streamlined their hiring process, saving valuable time and resources while also providing a better experience for the candidate; one that is more aligned with the modern era of hiring.
Is there a minimum volume requirement to make Hubert useful?
No, there is not a minimum volume requirement. Determining if you have enough volumes to make Hubert useful depends on your specific hiring needs and goals.
